The Rockland Golf Club is suffering from recurring vandalism caused by individuals driving electric scooters and golf carts across the property representatives of the club said in a post to social media.

Club management issued a warning after discovering that trespassers deliberately left destructive tire tracks across the course’s vital play areas. Vandals tore up areas specifically targeting a green and a sand bunker. The most recent notable damage took place on the evening of Thursday, August 27, 2026.

The club maintains that “this is a recurring problem and asks anyone who noticed suspicious activity on the evening of August 27 to contact them.”
