The subject land is described as Part of Lots 22 and 23, Concession 1(O.S), in the former Township of Clarence, now in the City of Clarence-Rockland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B-058-2026: <\/strong>The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever sever 0.12 hectare from a property located at 803-805, Lacroix Street as a new lot for residential purposes on Lacroix Street, in the Village of Hammond. The subject land is described as Part of Lot 15, Concession 9, in the former Township of Clarence, now in the City of Clarence-Rockland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional information regarding these applications is available for public viewing on our website at <a href=\"https:\/\/en.prescott-russell.on.ca\/stay\/public_notices\">https:\/\/en.prescott-russell.on.ca\/stay\/public_notices<\/a>.
