The City undertook a study to identify and evaluate options to expand the Rockland Water Treatment Plant (WTP) supply capacity (Figure 1) and the Caron Booster Pumping Station (BPS) pumping capacity (Figure 2). The study completed Phases 1-4 of the MCEA process. The recommended solution to expand the Rockland WTP and Caron BPS is documented in an Environmental Study Report (ESR). Following the completion of the study, the City intends to proceed with the implementation of projects identified in the implementation plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Environmental Study Report<\/strong><br>An electronic copy of the Environmental Study Report is available on the Project Webpage at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarence-rockland.com\/en\/city-hall\/plans-reports-studies\/expansion-rockland-water-treatment-plant\">https:\/\/www.clarence-rockland.com\/en\/city-hall\/plans-reports-studies\/expansion-rockland-water-treatment-plant<\/a>.
