B-047-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever sever 0.192 hectare from a property located at 2435, Laurier Street as a new lot and a right of the way for residential purposes on Laurier Street, in the Town of Rockland. The subject land is described as part of Lot 28, Concession 1 (O.S), in the former Town of Rockland now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The property is also subject to the following applications B-048-2026 and B-049-2026.
B-048-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.014 hectare from a property located at 2435, Laurier Street as a new lot for residential purposes on Marion Street, in the Town of Rockland. The subject land is described as part of Lot 28, Concession 1 (O.S), in the former Town of Rockland now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The property is also subject to the following applications B-047-2026 and B-049-2026.
B-049-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.009 hectare from a property located at 2435, Laurier Street as a new lot for residential purposes on Marion Street, in the Town of Rockland. The subject land is described as part of Lot 28, Concession 1 (O.S), in the former Town of Rockland now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The property is also subject to the following applications B-047-2026 and B-048-2026.
B-050-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 10.77 hectares from a property located at 2153, Landry Road, to enlarge a property located at 2145, Landry Road, in the Village of Clarence Creek. The subject land is described as part of Lot 9, Concession 5, in the former Township of Clarence now in the City of Clarence-Rockland.
B-051-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.13 hectare from a property located at 3059, Principale Street as a new lot for residential purposes on Principale Street, in the Village of Wendover. The subject land is described as part of Lot 30, Concession BF, in the former Township of North Plantagenet now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.
