The subject land is described as part of Lots 28 and 29, Concession 1(O.S.), in the former Town of Rockland, now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The property is also subject to the following applications B-063-2026, B-064-2026, B-066-2026 and B-067-2026.
B-066-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to 112.3 square meters from a property located at 2564, Laurier Street as a new lot for residential purposes on Lalonde Street, in the Town of Rockland. The subject land is described as part of Lots 28 and 29, Concession 1 (O.S.), in the former Town of Rockland, now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The property is also subject to the following applications B-063-2026, B-064-2026, B-065-2026 and B-067-2026.
B-067-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 609.7 square meters from a property located at 2564, Laurier Street as a new lot for residential purposes on Lalonde Street, in the Town of Rockland. The subject land is described as part of Lots 28 and 29, Concession 1 (O.S.), in the former Town of Rockland, now in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The property is also subject to the following applications B-063-2026, B-064-2026, B-065-2026 and B-066-2026.
